2: Matt Glen - Award Winning Realtor, Investor and Now Podcast Host

Episode 2: Todays episode is an introduction to one of the co-hosts, Matt Glen.  Matt spent his twenties working all over the province as a telephone lineman and technician.  He always knew real estate was going to play a major role in his future.  While he owned his own home, downtown Kelowna, actively investing in real estate didnt start until 2018.  After that, his mindset shifted and it was all real estate, all the time for him.  He got his license to sell real estate at the turn of the decade and hasnt looked back.  He has since won multiple real estate awards and bought, renovated and sold more investment properties.  Matt has been happily married to Becca Glen for over 10 years and has a son on the way in April.  He cant wait,  maybe a future guest on the show?  He hopes you come along for the ride while we interview local professionals, realtors, brokers and anyone influential in the local Kelowna community.

1 - Taylor Atkinson - Running a Succesful Mortgage Team and Scaling to Over 70 Doors

Episode 1: Today we get to know our very own host Taylor Atkinson. He is now scaling a successful mortgage business, but we get to learn the back ground on how he arrived here. A local to Kelowna, Taylor left to pursue an overseas life. He spent 15 years working and traveling over 70 countries. During this time he built a real estate portfolio of 73 rental doors. He has done everything from AirBnB, Infill development projects, additions, renovations, new builds, syndications, joint ventures, syndications, vendor takes backs, multi-fam, commercial etc… His obvious experience allows him to provide value to any type of client he now works with. Most importantly this passive income has allowed him to focus his lovely wife and new son + their rescue dog from China. All in all Taylor is a Kelowna local and loves this community. He is excited to share an hour every week with you as this podcast grows.
